Carson Mooring is a voice, piano, and ukulele instructor who grew up in Orange County, North Carolina. She earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Music Performance and Music Education from Western Carolina University in December 2023.

Carson has worked with students of all ages and has extensive experience teaching children and teens through general music, choral music, and musical theatre programs. She has directed and helped produce numerous performances and musicals while also maintaining an active performing career as a vocalist.

As a vocalist, Carson has received training in a variety of styles, including classical voice, commercial voice, and musical theatre. She enjoys helping students build healthy technique, confidence, creativity, and a lifelong love of music. Whether working with a young beginner or an adult student, Carson strives to create a positive and encouraging learning environment where every student can grow and succeed.

When she isn’t teaching or performing, Carson enjoys spending time in the mountains and at the beach, taking walks with her dogs, and baking delicious treats. She shares her home with four beloved fur babies who keep life exciting, fun, and full of adventure!
